Huntington, WV (September 18, 2012)
– It’s time to get tough! The Toughest Monster Truck Tour is returning to Big SandySuperstore Arena in Huntington on March 15 & 16! Six monster trucks will compete, including the world record holder, Bigfoot,
kid-favorite Tailgator and crowd-pleaser, Toxic. September 21 through October 19, adult tickets outside the gold circle are $4 off and free pit passes will be included with every ticket purchased. Kids (age 2-12) tickets outside the gold circle are still just
$10 when purchased in advance.
This year’s event will include:
1. Six monster trucks in the wheelie, racing and freestyle competitions including Bigfoot, Tailgator and Toxic.
2. The big jumps and oval dirt course are back!
3. The 37,000 pound, 35-foot tall transforming, fire-breathing, car-eating dinosaur robot Transaurus will be featured!
4. Plus the Wheelie Wizard!
“Our goal is always to bring the most exciting monster truck event to the area. Most monster truck fans like the Big Sandy
Superstore Arena event because it takes place on a challenging dirt track with lots of well-known monster trucks, “ said Kelly
Hess Goldman of Thunderbird Entertainment, the event promoter.
The stars of the Toughest Monster Truck Tour will get up close and personal with fans before each event during the Pit Party.
Fans holding a pit pass and an event ticket will be allowed onto the floor of the Big Sandy Superstore Arena before each event.
Free pit passes will automatically be included with every ticket purchased now through October 19.
The Toughest Monster Truck Tour will take place March 15 & 16, 2013 at 7:30pm each night. Tickets go on sale this Friday,
September 21 and adult tickets outside the gold circle are $4 off through October 19. Free pit passes will be included with all
tickets sold through October 19. Kids age tickets outside the gold circle are just $10 in advance and discounted family 4-packs
